Engineering helpdesk
The School of Engineering IT team provides helpdesk support for faculty and staff. Students experiencing issues with engineering equipment or services may coordinate a ticket through their advisor or departmental office.

Data analysis requests
The School of Engineering Dean’s Office can provide data analysis support for faculty and staff queries on data held in the university’s SAP system.
