Celebrating Distinguished Engineering Alumni
Each year, the School of Engineering honors outstanding alumni through prestigious awards such as the Engineer of Distinction Award and the Engineer of Service Award. These accolades acknowledge individuals who have excelled in their engineering careers and have made significant contributions to the university and the broader community. By celebrating their accomplishments, we aim to inspire current and future students to pursue excellence and uphold the proud legacy of Ole Miss Engineering.
Engineer of Distinction Award Recipients
The Dean and the Engineering Alumni Chapter created this award to honor an individual with a long, successful career in engineering that exemplifies the best of Ole Miss Engineering in their practice as an engineer. The Engineer of Distinction has given back to the University of Mississippi as a leader in supporting Ole Miss Engineering and the university. They are leaders in their profession and among their peers and a mentor to engineering students and young engineers.
