Do you have strong background in STEM courses and a desire to help other engineering students learn?
You could choose to tutor a fellow student…and make some money while you’re at it!
As a tutor, you’ll need two things:
- A in the relevant course and a minimum of a 3.0 GPA in overall coursework.
- Great communication skills – there is a difference between understanding the material and explaining it to peers.
You will responsible for arranging the tutoring sessions and agreeing the hourly rate (typically $20/hour). The school’s academic counselor will provide your name and email to interested students.
Here are the courses we’d like to find tutors for:
Math Calculus 1 Calculus 2 Calculus 3 Calculus 4 Differential EquationsChemistry General Chemistry 1 General Chemistry 2 |
Physics Physics for Science and Engineering 1 Physics for Science and Engineering 2Engineering Electric Circuit Theory Engineering Analysis Fluid Mechanics Mechanics of Materials Statics Thermodynamics |
